Can I put my watch in an ultrasonic cleaner?

If I had a £10,000 Rolex, would I put it in an ultrasonic cleaner? Probably not is the honest answer.
Putting the bracelet / strap part of the watch is OK. Even if your favourite timepiece is waterproof to many fathoms, I wouldn't want to risk the ultrasonic vibrations possibly damaging the delicate movement of a watch.
