We mainly use DPD and APC for the ultrasonic tanks. Smaller lightweight items are shipped with Royal Mail 48 hr tracked. If you have a DPD app, you should get delivery updates with specific time slots.
Orders placed before 15.00 Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day. We don't dispatch orders at the weekend.
At the checkout you will be given two UK shipping options:
- Free UK standard delivery on everything*. Allow 2-3 working days for an order to arrive.
- UK next working day (£2.99). Cut-off time 15.00 Mon - Fri.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
At the checkout you can give a different delivery address. If you work during the day or are going on holiday, consider having your goods delivered to a different address where someone can take your parcel during the day.
Weekend delivery.
DPD now deliver to many domestic addresses on Saturdays but it's not guaranteed. They don’t deliver to business addresses on a Saturday.
* Unfortunately there are some exclusions to "free UK delivery". Couriers see parts of the UK a license to make extra money (we don't make any profit from shipping charges). The postcodes below have a £10 surcharge added:
BT, IV, GY, JE, ZE, IM, PH. AB10-AB56, TR21-TR25, FK17-FK22, G83, HS1-HS9, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW28, PA20-PA99.
Isle of Wight is classed as UK mainland and has free delivery.
