Degassing is a process that removes microscopic air bubbles trapped in the cleaning fluid. You do not run the need to degassing cycle each time you use the ultrasonic cleaner.
You only need to degas the cleaning fluid when you fill the tank with a new mix of solution. Once degassed, there is no need to run the cycle again until you next change the fluid.
