How do I get the best results from my ultrasonic cleaner?

Check the cleaning solution is at the correct working temperature.

The component should not touch the tank sides or base. This gives the best cleaning results.

Ensure the component being cleaned is fully submerged in a suitable cleaning fluid.

Change the cleaning fluid often, especially when you can't see the bottom of the tank.

Rotate the component when it's submerged to release tapped air bubbles and air pockets.

Run the degassing function after each change of fluid (if your machine has it).
